Stories vanish after 24 hours, which is exactly why people want to keep them: limited-time announcements, flash-sale details, event recaps and behind-the-scenes moments. Paste a public story link and save it before the timer runs out.
Highlights — the pinned story collections on a profile — work as well. Because stories are short vertical clips, downloads are quick and arrive in phone-ready MP4.
Stories are trickier than posts: while viewing a public story, tap the three dots (⋯) at the top and choose Copy Link. For highlights, open the highlight first, then copy the link of the individual story inside it.
Open the public story before its 24-hour timer ends.
