View and save public profile pictures in HD

Profile pictures are displayed tiny inside the app — too small to recognize a logo, read a design portfolio header, or verify who you are talking to. Paste any public profile URL and get the full-resolution profile photo as a JPG.
Designers checking brand assets, recruiters verifying identities and community managers reviewing partner accounts use this to see the real image instead of a 150-pixel thumbnail.
A profile link is simply instagram.com/username. On desktop, copy it from the address bar while viewing the profile. In the app, open the profile, tap the three dots at the top-right and choose Copy Profile URL.
Open the public profile you are interested in.
Copy the URL: address bar on desktop, or three dots → Copy Profile URL in the app.
Paste it above to preview and save the HD avatar.

Copy the link in the Instagram app, paste it here in Chrome, and tap Download — the file lands in your Gallery or Downloads folder.

Instagram stores avatars as squares and crops them into circles in the app. The download is the original square file.
