Save photos and carousels in original JPG quality

Instagram compresses photos in the feed, which makes saving full-quality originals surprisingly hard — screenshots lose detail and the long-press menu often refuses to cooperate. Paste the post link here and get every photo in the post at its original JPG resolution.
Carousel posts with up to ten slides are handled too: each image gets its own download button, numbered in order, so design moodboards, recipe steps and travel albums survive intact.
Photo posts live at instagram.com/p/SHORTCODE/ URLs. In the app, open the photo, tap the three dots and choose Copy Link. On desktop, copy the address-bar URL while viewing the post — carousel links work identically.
Open the photo or carousel post.
Tap the three dots (⋯) and choose Copy Link — or copy the address-bar URL on desktop.
Paste it above; every slide appears with its own JPG button.
Open the photo post and copy its link from the Share menu or address bar.
Paste the link above and press Download.
Save each JPG individually — carousels list every slide separately.
Copy the link in the Instagram app, paste it here in Chrome, and tap Download — the file lands in your Gallery or Downloads folder.
Copy the link, paste it here in Safari, and tap Download. The file saves to Files → Downloads; long-press a played video and choose Save Video to move it to Photos.
